Shipping Domestic

When placing your hagnas collection order, please take into consideration that we ship orders Monday - Friday. ALL items are made-to-order so please note it can take up to 5 business days to have merchandise ready for you.  For this reason, Express orders are not available at this time. 

hagnas collection will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped to help you anticipate the appropriate delivery date. Please note that we cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility. we are not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Please note orders are not shipped with signature required, so the customer should designate a reliable address for package delivery. hagnas collection is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it leaves our facility. We are happy to revise any shipping address as long as the request has been made before the order ships.

Shipping International

International Shipping is Available. Price varies depending on weight and address. If you would like us to ship International, please email us for quote before placing your order.

Duty and Taxes – The recipient (the party receiving goods) is responsible for all custom fees, including taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border prior to delivery. The carrier will collect these charges at the time of delivery.

Returns

All sales are FINAL.

We do not accept any returns due to characteristics of out merchandise, which is 100% made-to-order.

we accept exchange strictly for items damaged in transit. items for exchange must not be worn, damaged or altered in anyway with its original packaging. Additionally, items For exchange must be postmarked within 5 days of your original delivery date and are only eligible for the same design. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. exchanges postmarked after 5 days after the delivery date will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
